Hello and welcome to The Sunday Selfies!
We are joining The Kitties Blue, from The Cat on My Head blog, for the weekly celebration of blogs and bloggers from across the world and across the species. To join in, get the Linky-Link code from their website, add it to your page, and enjoy the hop!
If you saw my Photo Fails post Friday, you'll know that light and dark can be awkward to manage in a picture, and striking a balance is a very fine line.
Every now and then though, Mrs H gets it right. . . . . .
I hope you enjoy this one image as much as we do.

A fine portrait and nicely balanced. There is thoughtfulness and a touch of drama.
ReplyDeleteThank you, and yes, balance in many ways. Light and dark, the two halves that make up the same image. Yet they exist on both sides at the same time. Love black and white.

We think Mrs. H does far more right than just that. Love that little black nose!
ReplyDeleteWell, don't go telling her that else she may rest on her knitting needles (no laurels around here)and get worse, MOL. I'm pretty attached to my nose too, black really does work well to sdtop sun burn, too.
