Feline Fitness . . .

Hello and welcome to The Sunday Selfies!

We are joining The Kitties Blue, from The Cat on My Head blog, for the weekly celebration of blogs and bloggers from across the world and across the species.

To join in, get the Linky-Link code from their website, add it to your page, and enjoy the hop!

A link to last week's story can be found HERE.

If you want to see some of my, or rather Mrs H's foot first Friday Foto failures, then click the link HERE.

This week's post was part of a local initiative called Felines For Fitness and Hydration.

Yup, we all know that humans need to drink their 1.8 litres of water a day—Mrs H do take note that water does NOT mean sherry or tea— and that we cats need to drink our share too.

Well, there is no better time to drink than after a good workout. So Mrs H and I share a nice drink of low-cal water at the end of each session. I also make sure that she and I have water mixed with our food, too. Granted, wet vegan sausage rolls and biscuits take a bit of getting used to, but it is all for the better good.

Here you can see yours truly reaching for my fav water bottle and sparring partner called Max Muscle. He also helps me with my Karate, Jujitsu, and kickboxing class. The only problem is that if I get a tad too carried away, he wets himself and the carpet, MOL

Thank you for visiting, and we hope you enjoyed this feline fitness selfie.

To see what our international blogging pals have been up to this week, be it speed knitting aka cats cradle, 200m (minute) snooze, or just the litter tray long jump,  please click the links below, and enjoy the Hop!

  3. We get it. OUR human is always trying to sneak water into our food, too. Once she even bought us one of those new fangled water fountains and it scared us to death! We're wise to her, but it's all for a good cause. Thanks for your fun post! Your water bottle with the red top is awesome...if we had one we'd bat it around and...
